Since the past few years, TwoNav has used an interactive system to know more about what our users think of our products. TwoNav gives direct voice to the users in several issues such as implementation of new features, enhancements and solutions regarding our wide range of products…

Nowadays, it is quite difficult to imagine any global business without a direct contact with the customers. They are by all means the purpose that justifies our existence as company. The system we are talking about is called UserVoice.

How does it work?

It’s very simple. Get registered and post your suggestion. Then, promote your suggestion in order to convert it one of the most voted improvements. Other users might help you to put your suggestion into a higher ground. The development department of TwoNav will evaluate the viability of the proposal and take it into consideration. Obviously, priority will be granted to the most voted ideas.

What is the point?

TwoNav knows that this is not the solution that will solve the problems of the users. You have to take into consideration that in a short period of time is not possible to implement all the suggestions. But we firmly believe that this is our duty, so we offer to our users a special platform to explain their thoughts to TwoNav.
