Synchronize photos from a recorded track

Synchronize photos from a recorded track

Did you know that… while using Land you can insert photos of your trips to the exact point where they were taken?

This is one of the possibilities offered by the software Land. All you need is a recorded track and a camera (it must refer the snapshots that you take by time). Let’s see the process!

First of all, open your track to see it on screen and download your photos by placing them into a folder of your computer.

Open track with CompeGPS Land software

On the toolbar, find “Photos” tab. There you will be able to use geo referenced photos (add coordinates to your photos and synchronize them), or open the folder where you have all your photos already geo-referenced.

Once the pictures have been opened, Land will locate your images on the screen. On the right side the list of all our pictures will be displayed.

To display more clearly the position of the photos you can use the zoom function to see their exact location. Moreover, by doing right click on each picture you will be able to explore its properties or display it in full size.
