In May, CompeGPS has launched the platform MyTwoNav. An area specially conceived and designed for CompeGPS’ customers.
At MyTwoNav, the user will be able to manage his/her personal data as well as edit the customer profile, validate promotional codes, automatically install certain products, and manage tracks uploaded to this new platform from Land/Air/TwoNav.
These new features allow the user a total control of his/her products, as well as a total management of your personal data.
Here is a quick short description of the main features of MyTwoNav:
Edit customer profile
TwoNav’s customers used to contact with us to modify any personal data. With MyTwoNav, users will get the chance to edit their personal data themselves. In addition, MyTwoNav allows the user to choose a profile picture as well as fill in your favorite activities and your range of GPS devices.
Manage devices and install products
At ‘MyProducts‘ there is a list of products (software, apps, maps, road books …) purchased by the user. At this section the user will have access to significance data such as purchase date, order number or even the registration number of the product…
Moreover is posible to use TwoNav Downloader installer at the same section. This installer will allow users to install their products (mainly maps) directly on the desired device (TwoNav GPS, Smartphone, PC…).
Validate promotional codes
Another new feature added to MyTwoNav is the validation of promotional codes. Within this section, you will find a button to easily validate the products included in promotional codes:
• GPS TwoNav (Aventura, Sportiva, Sportiva+, Delta…)
• Topo maps containing a Promotional code inside the DVD box
Manage uploaded tracks to MyTwoNav
From ‘My Files’ you will be able to manage all your tracks previously uploaded to MyTwoNav: check the track report with detailed information, download the file…
MyTwoNav represents a further step for TwoNav making the management of products much easier and friendly.
